Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:
✔ Be unused, in original condition, and free from any damage.
✔ Be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit.
✔ Include a receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the handmade nature of our products, certain items cannot be returned, including:
Personalized orders (as they are made specifically for you).
Gift cards and sale items (discounted items are final sale).
Used or damaged products (unless they arrived defective or faulty).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If your refund is approved, we will process it, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same product, please contact us at [email protected] before sending the item back.

Gifts

🎁 If your item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
